I think reading is important.I usually read books about Solar Systems or mysteries.I read about 8~15 books every month.I read books beacause it's fun and my mother tells me to read regularly.I think computer games are affecting pupils in their reading because pupils will spend more time playing computer games and less time on reading.The school can buy more new intestesting books to place in the school library.If i recommend about a book everyone must read,it would be "Science Questions and Answers".
i think reading is impotant.i read "wwe"magazines as i know what happen when i miss some parts of the show.i read abuot 5 magazines a month.i think computer games will not affect pupils in their reading because when people talk we can know more about how people speaks.the school can give out advertisment about intresting story books.it would be"Primary English".
I think that reading is important.I usually read ghost stories,about 3~4 a month.I read books because it is interesting and I want to find out more about the supernatural.I think that computer games are affecting pupils in their reading because they might be addicted to playing computer games and they will think that computer games are more important than reading books.The school may have books that may not be found in other libraries and more pupils get to read new books.If I were to recommend everyone must read,it would be "Danger by Moonlight".
I think reading is good buuuuuuut to relax your self you muuuuuust! play computer games but tooo much of computer games can scramble your brain
I like computer games but i like reading just a bit more.Anyway i like reading harry potter books and mystery books involving ghosts and aliens.Anyway maple and guns sucks and soldier front rocks.

Yes I think reading is important.I usually read ''Geronimo Stilton''.I try reading all kinds of books.I kind of read about 9-12 books a month.I read books as it is a leisure to me,it can also increase our knowledge and widen our horizon.Computer gaming are affecting pupils in their reading as pupils would tend to spend more time on the computer games rather than to sit down and read a book.School library can organise reading sessions so pupils can exchange thier books.If I were to recommend a book I would recommemd a novel called :''To kill a mocking bird''.

2)I usually read mrmidnight books,Road Dalh books,S.A.S.S.(STUDENTS ACROSS THE SEVEN SEAS) books,mystery books,Mary-Kate and Ashley books and 8 days magazines. I also read love stories. I usually read the books a few times if i like the story.

5)Yes. Because they use their free time playing computer games,when they could be reading books. Computer games is just a waste of time and money,because it doesn't teach us anything. While reading books give us a lot of knowledge and it does not cause us a penny.
6)The school can allow us to borrow more books.
7)I would recommend "Matilda" by Road Dalh,"Candyfloss" by Jacqueline Wilson or "Read My Lips" by Teri Brown.

Reading is important. I would usually read novels or ghost stories. So far the maximum number of books i have read every month is14 books. I read books because it allows me to relax my mind when i start reading. I think computer games affect pupils in their reading because computer games can be addictive and the pupils will be glued to the monitor and forget all about reading. If i were to recommend a book, it would be “True Singapore Ghost Stories”.

I enjoy reading helps me to improve my english and other subjects.I like to read ghost stories,mysteries,detective and almost all kinds.I never read magzines butI can read about 5to10 books in 1 month.I don't enjoy playing computer games ,i think it affect our stadies and reading too.As most of the students wear spectacls in Singapore because they spent many hours playing it and not reading or doing thier work.I think the can have more interesting and humourous books in the library.I will recommend something about science like "One Millons years ago."

Reading is important.The key to success in engish is to read.i often read books such as mr midnight,mr mystery,true singapore ghost stories,nightmares!!!I think that computer games are not that affective.Spend more time on reading as it will help you improve on your studies.
I think reading is important.I read Detective Zack.I read about 4-5 books a month.I read to find more infomation and to learn how the author writes.Yes I agree.The school should create books that are more interesting and sell it to the pupils to read.Iwould recommend "PSLE SCIENCE".

Reading is really important and beneficial especially to children at our age. It helps to widen our vocabulary and also know more about he world around us by reading educational books. To me, I like to read detectives and adventures books mostly because I don't feel bored reading them. Children at our are most easily influenced, that should be the reason why they nowadays spent more time playing computer games rather than reading. As a result, it is affecting their grades in school. The school should widen the variety of books in the library and encourage pupils to read according to their interests. I would recommend everyone to read " Chinese Cinderalla" by Adeline Yen Mah.(LIM PING)

Reading books help me to improve my english and speaking.I agree that computer games would affect the pupils as thier studies and others as it would waste our time, it doesn't teach anything.Our school library should put MORE books to help pupils in their reading.If i recommend a book for everyone,it would be "Great Mysteries Of The 20th Century":)

I think reading is important.I usually read stories about mysteries and ghost.I read 2~3 times per month and I think that reading is quite a fun thing to do and should be a habit that everbody has.I think computer games will affect pupils by reducing their exams mark a lot as it apply to me too.Although I like computer games very much,I will control myself by resting my eyes for every 30~45mins of playing.The school should expand the library books to some interesting books yet have great meaning behind it.I would recommend "Mr Mystery" as it was interesting and realistic.That's my reflection to it.

i usualy read at home not in school! so about 6-7 books in a month.hehe!I read comics more than books but i read books more than meagazines!In other words, i hate megazines!Yes,i think that computer games are affecting pupils study playing computer games is fine and all but we have to balance our play time and study time!!Well, we could get more books for the library and less comics =) i would recomend the book,"Chiken Soup for the Preteen soul" it tells story about preteen children and their stories have fun reading it!! If u want it, u could borrow it from me
